Payment:
Payment in full is due before any animal is shipped or delivered to a customer. We except all forms of payments and are more then willing to work out payment plans with customers. We do our best to get that animal you want in your hands!
If you want to reserve an animal, we require a 25% deposit in order to hold the animal for you. This deposit is non-refund able. We guarantee all our animals to arrive alive, if for some reason you are not satisfied with your animal, we require you notify us within 48 hours of receiving the animal. We will provide a new animal or a complete refund.
Forms of payment that we accept are cash, direct deposit, certified cheque, visa, mastercard, amex, western union, paypall.
All our animals come with guaranteed genetics. We provide litter cards with each animal so the customer knows everything about their purchase such as: Who the Sire and Dame are, shed dates, feeding dates, prey size and description etc.. We provide photo I.D of heterozygous animals when they are born with their litter mates.
Shipping:
All animals are shipped to the buyers nearest airport. We use either West Jet or Air Canada. We have the right to refuse shipment if the weather becomes an issue and poses any threat to the health of the animal. Customers will pay for all expenses regarding shipping.
Any order over $2000 in Canada will be deemed for free shipping. Any International order over $5000 will be deemed for free shipping including all paper work
International Orders:
We except all orders internationally. We provide the proper paper work and documentation to legally ship all animals. We have a minimum order of $1500.00 US in order to complete international orders.Paper work is usually completed and approved within one week. For U.S orders we provide all the paper work and inspections in order to deliver the animals from the Buffalo area right to your door!! We have many options regarding shipping, all depends on the customers choice.
